2007 Brookdale Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
"Dark black/purple in color. Deep, explosive cassis aromas, with crushed berry (high skin: juice ratio) intensity. Big mouthful of dark purple fruit, lush and dense, powerfully concentrated. Fine, chiseled finish, speaking to the long growing season and the Morisoli piece. Drink now (because it’s too delicious not to) or age for up to 7 years in a cool cellar."
